What brought you to Mohawk College?

As an international student, I started my college career with the goal of expanding my horizons and seizing the variety of opportunities that studying abroad can present. I've had the exceptional opportunity to experience different educational systems and immerse myself in different cultures as a result of moving across borders. In addition to broadening my scholarly horizons, this international experience has given me the flexibility and global perspective that are necessary in the connected world of today. Every nation I've studied in has advanced my intellectual and personal development and given me a greater understanding of various perspectives on international business management. My academic goals have been influenced by my varied educational background, which has also given me a great appreciation for cultural diversity and prepared me to take on the challenges of a globalized future.

What impact has Mohawk had on your life?

My life has changed drastically since attending college; its effects are felt in every aspect. My academic journey has shaped my interests and provided me with a strong knowledge base. However, it's about the people and experiences more than the classes. My horizons have been broadened by the diverse community's introduction to various cultures and viewpoints. The excitement of tiny victories, late-night study sessions, and even the odd stumble have all aided in my personal development. More than just a place to learn, college has been a life-changing experience that has shaped my personality, stoked my curiosity, and equipped me for the experiences that lie ahead.

What are you up to now?

I am about to finish supply chain management program, and I'm currently looking for work in the same field. I have a solid foundation in inventory control and risk assessment skills thanks to the program, and I can't wait to use what I've learned in my previous workplace. I am especially interested in position like buyer, procurement, and I am sure that my qualifications and drive make me a competitive applicant. I'm looking into and applying to jobs that fit my career objectives right now, and I'm thrilled about the chance to bring my abilities and commitment to a vibrant workplace.
