What brought you to Mohawk College?
As a former elementary teacher, I seized the chance to support younger students with special needs. My dream of studying abroad led me to choose Canada, and after some research, Mohawk College stood out as the perfect fit. Although deciding on my program wasn't a breeze, I initially leaned towards the Educational Support program, considered the Autism program, but ultimately, I have no regrets about choosing ECE.
Tell us about your favourite Mohawk experience?
The professors were exceptional. Every class was well-structured, providing me with ample knowledge and tools to evolve into a better educator.
What impact has Mohawk had on your life?
It has been one of the best decisions I've made so far. Studying at Mohawk College provided me with the networking opportunities necessary to land a wonderful job. One of my professors recommended me, and now, I'm learning new things every day!
What are you up to now?
I am currently employed as a Learning Facilitator in the CICE program at Mohawk College, and I absolutely enjoy being part of the staff!
