What brought you to Mohawk College?

After finishing my undergraduate degree, I knew I needed to gain some hands on, practical skills, and some in person work experience to go hand in hand my degree. In exploring my graduate options, Mohawk stood out as being competitive, in a location with new connections and job opportunities, and offered the internship I was looking for.

Tell us about your favourite Mohawk experience?

My favourite experience was going through the internship process. From researching companies, having interviews, and successfully getting an internship, it felt like great experience for what was to come in my career.

What impact has Mohawk had on your life?

Mohawk set me up for success in my career and personal life. Through the education, knowledge and experience I gained in the classroom and in my internship, I was able to break into the field of HR where I have spent the last two years gaining industry experience and moving up professionally, which has allowed me to focus on my personal goals.

What are you up to now?

I currently work as a Human Resources Coordinator for Performance Auto Group! I look forward to seeing my career to continue to grow!
